Section 02
Services
All services are provided pursuant to a separate written agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Section 03
Payments
Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun unless otherwise stated.
Section 04
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, moodboards, and deliverables remain the property of Ella's Design Studio until paid in full. Use of brand and project imagery for marketing is permitted unless otherwise agreed.
Section 05
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, granting access where needed, and approving design milestones in a timely manner.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
Ella's Design Studio is not responsible for vendor delays, shipping damages, or third-party installation issues outside our direct control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
